POLICY & CANCELLATION

• A non-refundable deposit is needed to book all services. This will go towards your service. The remaining balance will be due at time of appointment.

• No deposit-No appointment.

  
  

  
  

• Only serviced clients are allowed in the studio.

  
  

  
  

• Any client that no call no shows for their appointment will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay full price at time of re-scheduling. These appointment types are also excluded from future promos and specials. We respect and take your time seriously, we ask that you do the same.

• If you must reschedule your appointment, a 48 hour notice is advised for services greater than $100 & 24 hour notice for all other services less then $100. Otherwise you will lose your deposit.

  
  

  
  

• For any last minute cancellations, you will lose your deposit and must place a deposit for a later date. (This includes clients who come in & have to cancel or reschedule because they failed to read PMU BOOKING INFO & they are not a candidate for treatment.)

• Prepaid appointments incur a cancellation fee of $25 for all services, & $50 for PMU services. 

      

   

• All appointments must be confirmed 24 hours prior to your appointment. unconfirmed appointments will be cancelled & will need to be rescheduled. Fees will apply. 

  
  

• New clients who have had previous work done by another artist will be charged full price. (Touch up prices are only for existing clients)

• TOUCH UPS: initial session does NOT include the 6-8 week touch up (perfecting session.) The rates vary depending on what time frame you schedule your  appointment. (Use price list as reference) 

  
  

  
  

• All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. NO EXCEPTIONS.

• Pricing is subject to change at any given time without notice.

• PMU SERVICES—>15 minutes late or over will result in a late arrival charge of $50 for Jr. Artists and $100 for Master Artist IF we accept your appointment after being 15 minutes late. This may also result in rescheduling and forfeiting your deposit. Please allow yourself time for parking and possibilities of traffic at peak times.

   

  
  

  •All other services—->If you arrive 15 min late or over it may result in rescheduling and forfeiting your deposit. If your technician decides to see you there will be a $25 late fee that will apply. 

  
  

• We are not liable for any changes or adjustments after you have finalized your decision with the method, shape and color. Additional charges will apply to any additional changes.

• If you have a serious medical condition you must come with a doctor’s note stating the condition and the clearance to proceed with cosmetic tattooing. MARI’S GODDESS EFFECTS will not be held accountable for any unforeseen situations during your session.

• We reserve the right to refuse any service at any given time.

• There is absolutely no refunds or exchanges all services are final.

• This is a licensed tattoo establishment and a "no kids" policy is enforced via the health department.
